Sitel needed an eLearning course to provide an online introduction and orientation to their new SAP ERP SuccessFactors financial application after their migration from Oracle to SAP ERP. I authored this course on SuccessFactors navigation and also was tasked with producing the audio scripting and voice narration for the course.
