Training Plan (SIRMA Software Course)
After performing several days of on-site interviews and research, this is my recommended training plan to the client (the National Gallery of Art). It is designed based on gap analysis as a result of the learner analysis performed, combined with recommendations on how new training could meet newly created department learning objectives. The project was approved and I designed and delivered a week long course to the National Gallery of Art on using their SIRMA software system and received over 90% positive feedback from learners and department managers.
