UM2 Support Coordinator Course

Designed for virtual classroom presentation (VLT), this course is designed for Support Coordinator’s new to the TruCare system for a healthcare company who needs to train 50+ new roles after a large software transition and implementation. Working closely with the facilitator, I created the content, facilitator guide, learner guide, demonstrations and workshop materials all used by the instructor to facilitate this course.
