After transitioning from a CCMS system to the TruCare system, a healthcare company needed to introduce the Care Management experience to new hires and learners in new roles. Developed in Articulate 360, it uses branching, scenarios, quizzes, and engaging graphics/characters to provided guidelines and support to Care Managers and other healthcare professionals.
